Grampian Chef of the Year 2011 will take place on Monday the 23rd of May 2011, at Aberdeen College, Gallowgate. The closing day for entries is 25th of April.
For any over subscribed categories all entries will be reviewed, and those that meet the standard will be put forward to compete in an elimination round. This will be held on Monday 9th May at Aberdeen College. The chefs will be informed on that day if they will be cooking in the final on the 23rd May 2011.
Announcement of the winners will take place at the awards dinner on the evening of the 23rd of May, at Ardoe House Hotel, Aberdeen. All finalists will be expected to attend the dinner.
Entries will be accepted from 1st March 2011. All entries must be submitted on line via this website (link) and your entry fee must be received prior to the closing date. We accept, cash, cheque, or credit card.
