• Qualifying Criteria

Please read the Entry Details and Rules before applying.

• Complete the form and return it by 30th June 2008 to Hospitality Training.
• All entries should be typed or clearly handwritten.
• Please keep a copy for your own records.
• Proof of posting does not mean proof of receipt.
• Entrants must be working within the industry in the Grampian area.
• Entrants must be between 18 and 23 (by 31/12/08) years of age.
• Hospitality Training accepts responsibility for the scholar in the scholarship venue only.
• Entrants agree to appear in publicity material relating to the award.
• Entrants will be invited to deliver a presentation to Hospitality Training regarding their entry.
• The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• There are no cash alternatives.
• Hospitality Training reserves the right to reclaim the title and/or prizes if the behaviour of the scholar is not deemed acceptable.

Application's (together with a requested testimonial from your current employer) will then be considered and the final selection will be requested to attend a panel interview.

The scholarship will take place in Oct/Nov of 2008.

Following the scholarship, the successful winner will be required to take part in a presentation to members of Hospitality Training on what they have learned from the scholarship, their personal benefits and how the experience can bring benefits to the area.
