The Licensing Act 2003 regulates the sale and service of alcohol in England and Wales using a structured licensing system based on four licensing objectives.
This course will explain the main legal duties and good practices that apply to anyone involved in the sale and service of alcohol in England and Wales, including bar staff, retail workers and other front-line staff.

The Qualsafe Level 2 Award in Fire Safety (RQF) qualification has been designed for anyone who has a specific responsibility for fire safety in the workplace, such as designated fire wardens/fire marshals.
During this 1 day course, Learners will develop their knowledge and skills in fire safety, including:
Understanding fire safety legislation and regulations
Identifying fire hazards and risks in the workplace
Implementing fire safety control measures
Understanding fire safety equipment and its use
Developing and carrying out fire evacuation procedures
Roles and responsibilities of fire wardens
Responding to fire emergencies and carrying out fire drills
