Did you know we have been around in the North East of Scotland for over 30 years? We started as a local initiative by local hospitality businesses to improve skills and grow our own talent. We now run as a not for profit association providing cost effective training solutions for local business.

We offer Modern apprenticeships for your teams and secure funding, so if your employee is under 19 its free or over 19 partially funded.

This is a SCQF Level 7
We deliver monthly face to face courses in SCPLH, Food Hygiene, First Aid, Fire Warden at our traning centre in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. We can also come to you and deliver in-house training to your team.
New for 2026, We also have developed an online training portal to make our courses even more accessible for you when you want to do them. Members also get access to 10 staff training courses.
We also run support sessions to business such as how to implement HACCP and cooksafe principles for example.
Each of our team have vast experience having all worked with the hospitality industry from chef’s to front of house and bar trade.
We now work with the Council in Aberdeenshire secondary schools delivering foundation apprenticeships to get young people interested in working within the sector and arrange work placements with local businesses. This has made introductions to many young people who have continued employment with their work placements or are actively seeking first jobs and careers
We are also developing a new members only section for this year which will have useful resources and help guides covering many compliance areas and best practice in industry. Support for recruitment and licensing are a couple of areas to note.
