Can you help inspire the next generation of hospitality professionals by offering a work placement?

We are currently looking for hospitality employers in:
📍 Peterhead
📍 Banff
📍 Mintlaw
📍 Turriff
📍 Huntly
📍 Alford
📍 Aboyne
📍 Portlethen/Aberdeen
📍 Inverurie

to support 15–16 year old pupils completing their Foundation Apprenticeship in Hospitality.

As part of their course, pupils must complete a mandatory work placement to gain valuable hands-on experience and build confidence in a real working environment.

We are looking for opportunities in:
👨‍🍳 Professional kitchens
🍽️ Front of house/customer service roles

Placements would ideally take place in September 2026 over:
📅 2 weeks
📅 Wednesday–Friday
📅 6 days in total

These placements give young people the chance to cement the skills they are learning in school while gaining a real insight into the hospitality industry.

We simply can’t make this happen without the support of local employers. Last year, several pupils impressed their placement employers so much that they continued working with them part-time afterwards — creating fantastic opportunities for both the young people and local businesses.
