Seafood Chef of the year

Our seafood chef competition is an exciting event! Talented chefs going head-to-head to create mouthwatering dishes using the freshest local seafood.

They showcase their skills with local produce from Fraserburgh, Europe’s biggest shellfish port. White fish from Peterhead and the finest wild caught salmon and trout from the river Dee & Don.

A celebration of local cuisine

It’s a fabulous way to highlight the region’s famous seafood and bring the local community together to celebrate both tradition, sustainability and innovation in pushing the boundaries of the culinary imagination to produce creative seafood dishes.
