The RQF Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work is a comprehensive 3-day training course designed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to provide first aid in the workplace. This qualification meets the requirements set out by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for workplace first aiders, covering a wide range of emergency situations including assessing an incident, managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, heart attacks, choking, head and spinal injuries, fractures, anaphylaxis and more.
RQF Award in Basic Life Support and AED (Defibrillator)
Duration – 5 hours
The RQF Award in Basic Life Support and AED (Defibrillator) is a comprehensive training course designed to equip individuals with essential skills in emergency first aid, specifically in performing life-saving techniques. This course covers CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), the safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and how to respond effectively in critical situations, improving the chances of survival for individuals experiencing cardiac arrest or other life-threatening emergencies.

The RQF Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work is a comprehensive 6-hour course designed to equip individuals with the essential first aid skills required in the workplace. This qualification is aligned with the Ofqual RQF Framework and provides learners with the knowledge and practical abilities to confidently respond to a range of medical emergencies.
