We have been busy working on our new website and learning portal behind the scenes and are pleased to announce its now live!
We have been looking at ways to help you train and induct new people in your business and provide a way to track their progress more efficiently. We now have an on-boarding section which lets our members access for free 10 essential induction training courses to help lift the burden for managing initial staff training. If you are not a member you can purchase these individually.

We are wholly committed to running in person training courses at our training centre in Westhill. We believe in-person training offers several key advantages, including enhanced engagement, stronger connections, a structured learning environment, and opportunities for practical application and networking.
However, we know that online learning offers more flexibility to complete training at times convenient for you and this is part of our service to you.
