We offer a supported 12 month training programme, Diploma for Hospitality Team Member at SCQF Level 5.

What We're Looking For
• Motivation: Commitment to learn and join the apprenticeship programme.
• Skills: Strong communication, task prioritisation, ability to work in a fast‑paced hands‑on environment; IT skills advantageous; understanding of procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Interest: Particular interest in hospitality and a positive attitude toward professional development.
