Scottish Apprenticeship Week from 2 to 6 March 2026 celebrates apprenticeships working for individuals, employers and the economy.

The week shines a spotlight on the power of apprenticeships to create careers, build businesses, grow the workforce and get real returns for the economy.

We are proud to be supporting our modern apprentices on their training programme this year. Up-skilled and getting professionally qualified whilst working with employers across the region is the benefit of completing the MA in professional cookery level 5 or 6. Diploma in Hospitality Team Member Level 5, or Hospitality Supervision & Leadership, level 7.

Apprenticeships are working for employers in the north east of Scotland, providing a pipeline of talent that is being supported and trained to meet their needs.
