It is likely you either currently work with someone who is disabled, or will at some point in your career. It is important to raise awareness of disability in the workplace so that everyone is treated fairly and with respect.

Mental health covers our emotional, psychological and social wellbeing, which affects how we feel, think and behave. It is important to be able to recognise and manage our mental health as it is just as critical as our physical health to our overall health and wellbeing.
This course will provide an understanding of what mental health is, common factors that can affect mental health, and how to manage and support those suffering from mental health problems.
