This Food Hygiene Level 2 Course for Catering is suitable for restaurants, hotels, fast food establishments, nurseries, tourisms businesses, cafes, and anyone who may handle food.

This course is good for building knowledge prior to attending and attaining a REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene certificate at SCQF level 5 which is what EHO will accept as minimum standards
